Breast Cancer Network Australia
BCNA is working to ensure that all Australians affected by breast cancer receive the very best support, information, treatment and care appropriate to their individual needs. Australian Paper and Reflex have been partnering with BCNA for over 10 years with over $1.5 million in value being donated so far.
We provide over $100K worth of paper used annually to produce BCNA’s The Beacon magazine which provides regular stories, information and inspiration to the thousands of Australians affected by breast cancer every year. Reflex is committed to continuing as a major sponsor of BCNA’s vital work in providing practical support to hundreds of thousands affected Australians and their families.
To help businesses, government departments, schools and households make the switch to Australian recycled paper, Planet Ark has teamed up with Australian Paper to form the Make it Australian Recycled campaign. The Make It Australian Recycled campaign aims to; show the importance of closing the paper recycling loop by buying it back; increase the use of locally made, high-recycled content paper (50% or more); encourage recycling of office paper; and reduce the amount of waste paper going to Australian landfill.
The major catalyst for the partnership was Australian Paper’s de-inking facility at the Maryvale Mill in Victoria. The facility has the ability to greatly increase the local production of recycled paper and has the capacity to divert 80,000 tonnes of waste paper from landfill or overseas export each year.
As St Kilda prepares to march into the AFL Women’s competition in 2020, Reflex has committed to a five year sponsorship deal with the club starting 2018. Reflex will be a major sponsor of the VFL Women’s Southern Saints team in 2018 and 2019, before continuing as major sponsor of St Kilda’s inaugural AFLW team for at least three years from 2020.
In addition to supporting St Kilda’s women’s team, Reflex will also become a premier partner of the South Metro Junior Football League, one of the biggest community junior leagues in Australia.

Proudly Supporting the Sydney Roosters
The Sydney Roosters, also known as Eastern Suburbs, are the only Foundation Club to have participated in every season of the National Rugby League. The Roosters have won 14 premierships, the first of which was in 1911 and the most recent in 2018. The Roosters were one of four Clubs to field a team in the inaugural NRL Women’s Premiership in 2018.
Australian Paper joined the Roosters in late 2018, becoming an apparel partner and player sponsor of the Sydney Roosters women’s team as they won their way through to the Grand Final, unfortunately going down to the Brisbane Broncos in the decider.
In 2019, Australian Paper has committed to a holistic partnership with the Roosters which will see the Reflex brand become the Membership Partner of the Club and retain its support for the women’s team as a Platinum Partner of the NRLW side.
The partnership represents a combination of two of Australia’s strongest and proudest brands with a shared desire to maintain elite standards in their respective fields.
